FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.                  Do you have to be a member to bowl and/or use the bar & restaurant?

NO, however it is a lot cheaper to bowl if you are a member.  Please view our bowling tariff to see the advantages of being a member. Also, members enjoy a 5% discount on food and drink prices from the Bar & Restaurant.

2.                  What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week from 11am.  Closing times is 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 1am on Friday & Saturday, however these times may vary depending on how busy we are on the night.  The only days we are closed are Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.

3.                  What are the age restrictions at Mr G's? 

No under 18's are allowed in the Bar and Restaurant unless accompanied by a parent.  In the Bowling section, no under 18's are allowed in after 8pm unless a parent accompanies them or they are participating in bowling activities.

4.                  What are your peak times for pricing?

The peak time price is after 6pm for adults,  under 16's can bowl at the same rate all day.  Please view our bowling tariff?

5.                  Do you have any offers or promotions available?

6.                  Do you cater for Children's Birthday Parties?

Yes we do, we offer special Kids Parties for groups of 10 or more children, please view "Kids Parties" for more details.

7.                  Do you have to book lanes in advance?

No, you can just turn up and bowl.  However, it can get busy at weekends so booking is recommended to avoid waiting for a lane.
